Milo Cricket and T20 Blast participants have their final session this week for North Huon. The Club would like to thank Lyndon, Tony, Denise, Scott, David and all the other parents for their help and support with the groups.
The club will hold a final session for both groups at the Past Players Day on Sunday, January 21 from approx 1:30pm – all participants and their families are more than welcome to come along.
The Under 13 side travelled to Franklin to take on the Southern Tigers, and were able to come away with their first win of the season!
Again, it was a great all round team effort, capped off by Jaxon Thorpe’s 20 retired. Of note was the exceptional fielding from the side. They will now host Slab Road at Ranelagh on Wednesday evening in their last game before the Christmas break.
The Under 15 side travelled to Franklin as well, but did not have a great evening out.
The Tigers were able to bundle out the Warriors for just 65, with only Jonny Thorpe remaining not out. In reply, the Tigers only lost 2 wickets in chasing the total down.
The lads will now host Slab Road on Friday evening before the break.
