With the week off for the Huon Show, its was left to the T20 finals to deliver the entertainment on Sunday, but the rain arrived Saturday night to spoil the party, and resulted all games being abandoned without a ball being bowled.
For Div 1, by virtue of finishing top, this meant they advanced straight to the Grand Final, which will be replayed at a later date.
Div 2 were unable to proceed with the washout.
Focus will now switch back to the 50 over format this coming weekend, with a reminder of training being held at Glen Huon both days for the Ranelagh Oval recovery period.
A Grade will travel to Franklin on Saturday to take on the Tigers, B1 will be at Glen Huon to Summerleas, C1 are at home at Glen Huon against Huonville on Sunday, and the C2 squadron travels to the picturesque Kettering Oval.
Our Milo cricketers had a chance to travel to Bellerive Oval on Sunday to take part in the Lunch time entertainment. The rain made short work of this as well, but the group was kept busy, and had the chance to meet some legends of the game. A great opportunity and experience for them all.
